Step 1:- turn off your STB and connect RS-232 F-F to your PC (you need COMPORT for this)

Step 2:-Open KaonTeam_BL219v4.exe and select COM1 as your port, then switch to your STB, bootloader will be updated

Step 3:-Disconnect the RS-232 cable and power to your STB that you see on your STB display “L219” when loading.

Step 4:-Turn off the STB again and connect the RS-232 cable

Step 5:-Open Kup230 Engineer Patched_es.exe and select COM1 as the port, then press the space bar in the text field to activate Engineer Mode, then select the file KSC-570Z_12.01.A1_050512 And switch to STB to load firmware and wait for completion.

Step 6:-Shut down your STB.

Then you have to manually add a satellite and transponder for your desired satellite to receive FTA channel
You can do any number of steps 4-6 with the different firmware available on the jkdishinfo.com site
The HW version of the Kan STB can be 12.01.A5 or 16.80.91. You can work with these HW versions
The clone models of KAON KSC-100MCO can be KSF-200S, KSC-570, KSC-511Z, BM-1000FTA, etc.
KSC-570, and BM-1000FTA working, but only 8 will be displayed on your STB (the remote works fine)
